We are pleased to announce the opening of Kleven Law & Associates, a boutique firm in Grand Forks, North Dakota, providing a full range of estate planning, estate dispute resolution, mediation and family law services.

Debbie Kleven, a retired judge and founder, has twenty-six years of experience presiding over contested litigious matters in Grand Forks County. Ariana Meyers teaches family law and trial advocacy at the University of North Dakota School of Law.

Their desired outcome is to prevent conflict before it arises and avoid contested litigation. Family disputes are often the most challenging. Therefore, preventing disputes before their occurrence is the approach we take.  The objective is to create an outcome customized to both you and your family. If disputes do arise, Debbie and Ariana will assist you in moving towards resolution in a collaborative manner to achieve sustainable solutions. In the event litigation is necessary, they will to serve as your advocates.
